Throughout her extensive career, Michelle has held positions in public accounting, risk management, fixed income analytics and trading. She believes her diverse background has provided her with a multi-faceted knowledge base and skill set in financial strategy and invaluable experience in building relationships with clients from various backgrounds.
Most recently, Michelle provided consulting services to small local businesses on a variety of special projects which allowed her the flexibility to achieve work-life balance while raising her three children. During this time, she also developed collaborative relationships with community and school leaders and various charitable organizations. Michelle feels this experience was priceless – enhancing her personal, relational, and professional traits.
Michelle graduated from St. Ambrose University, cum laude, with a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Finance. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA).
Michelle is active in her community, serving on the finance committee of the Lake Saint Louis Community Association and is a dedicated volunteer with TREE House of Greater St. Louis, where she serves on the board of directors and chair of the finance committee.
Outside of the office, Michelle enjoys a rich home life where her children are her number one source of joy and chaos. In her free time, you can catch her in a variety of lake activities, mountain biking, playing squash and experimenting with clever ways to sneak healthful foods into her kids’ diets.
