Megan Nangle Riley

Senior Retirement Plan Advisor

Megan Riley works on the Finerty Retirement Team at Moneta as a Senior Retirement Plan Advisor to design programs for business owners while serving as an extension of their HR department. She serves as her clients’ trusted expert for objective advice on the every-day questions that arise when managing a company retirement program. She is also spearheading the education and training of retirement plan sponsors regarding the responsibilities and liabilities related to being a fiduciary. As a co-fiduciary with her clients, Megan intently listens to their goals and objectives to ensure successful outcomes.

Megan earned her B.A. in Political Science from Denison University, cum laude, her J.D. from Saint Louis University School of Law, and her LL.M. in Taxation from Washington University School of Law.

Megan joined Moneta in 1995 and served as an Advisor on the Georgen Team beginning in 1998. In 2012, two large retirement plan practices partnered to form the Finerty Retirement Plan Team, a specialized group dedicated to serving the needs of institutional clients. Megan continues to serve on the Finerty Retirement Plan Team today.

When she’s away from work, you will likely find Megan near a youth soccer field or traveling with her family. She also makes it a priority to find time for volunteer work and community service.
