Marketing Associate

Lisa Mason enjoys writing and helping others communicate clearly. Editing is her favorite “puzzle,” and she is an Oxford Comma devotee. As the marketing associate for the Gast Freeman Troyer Racen Team at Moneta, Lisa strives to provide accurate and informative communications that bring clients guidance and confidence, while highlighting a bit of the team’s personality. Her contributions include planning, creating, writing, and editing a variety of marketing initiatives for the team, from client email announcements to the team website and social media.

Lisa has been a part-time communication and marketing assistant to Peter Racen since 2006. She transitioned to Moneta and the GFTR team in 2022. Prior to moving to St. Louis, Lisa managed the corporate communications and investor relations of a worldwide manufacturing company. A native of Quincy, Illinois, Lisa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in communications from Millikin University.

Lisa has a daughter in veterinary school and a stepson who is a broadcast meteorologist. Lisa enjoys flower gardening, encouraging her husband with his many household projects, volunteering, planning community events, and spending time with her family, friends, and pets.
