Kenzie Wilson

Family Office Coordinator

Kenzie joined Compardo, Wienstroer & Janes in 2023 in the newly created role of Family Office Coordinator. Her passion for creating strong relationships with clients and colleagues makes her a perfect fit for our team.

After graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Administration and Services from the University of Southern Indiana, Kenzie transitioned into the realm of finance. She has assumed various roles throughout her career, ranging from equity research and hedge funds to catering to clients at a single-family office. Furthermore, she spearheaded a finance firm’s process improvement and change management initiative. Despite her diverse experiences, Kenzie has consistently placed people at the heart of her work.

Kenzie remains deeply committed to continuous learning, perpetually challenging herself to cultivate and enhance her professional skill set. She takes pleasure in contributing to family culture and learning practices, assisting families in becoming well-versed in finance, and enabling open and confident conversations about wealth.

When she’s not engrossed in her work, Kenzie leads an active lifestyle, engaging in activities such as running, yoga, and recreational sports. Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, she enjoys exploring the vibrant St. Louis food scene and taking leisurely walks with her dog, a black lab named Cole, in Forest Park. Additionally, she has an affinity for travel and thrives on new experiences, with a recent highlight being a surf camp adventure in Costa Rica.
