As a Senior Advisor at Moneta Group, Jake Winegrad’s responsibilities fall under many diverse areas of financial planning for individuals, families, and institutions. Jake works in partnership with Tom O’Meara and Matt Ring to offer the best options for each client, tailored to their individual situations.

Jake earned his B.S. in Applied Math from Towson University and his MBA from Washington University in St. Louis. In 2010, he joined Moneta Group.

With over 12 years of professional experience, Jake has extensive expertise not only in financial advising, but also in retirement planning for institutions. He and his institutional consulting team work with clients to assist them in the prudent management of their endowments, foundations, and retirement plans. His role extends well beyond that of investment advisor as he strives to take a hands-on, consultative approach with both retirement plan participants and plan sponsors.

In every area of his work, Jake strives to simplify the details to help clients better understand their situations, allowing them to make informed decisions about their futures. Because of this skill, Jake is a sought-after resource in the community and has been quoted in multiple financial articles.

In his spare time, Jake is an active member of the St. Louis civic and business communities. He and his wife have two young children, Kiefer and Parker. He enjoys sports, playing golf, and coaching his son’s baseball team.
