Yousef Shabany focuses on making the financial planning process as simple and seamless as possible for clients. He builds trust through clear communication, careful attention to detail, and consistent follow-through while anticipating client needs, addressing questions proactively, and ensuring every individual feels supported at every step.
Yousef Shabany joined the BCHP Team at Moneta as a Client Service Manager in 2025, drawn by the firm’s genuine commitment to its clients and its people. From his first interview, he recognized something different: a culture where everyone truly cares about the work they do and the clients they serve. That sense of purpose made Moneta the clear choice for him.
Before joining Moneta, Yousef developed his client relationship skills through an internship as an Independent Wealth Professional at The America Group, where he regularly conducted client meetings and spoke with 20 to 30 people each day. That experience sharpened his ability to communicate effectively and build meaningful, lasting connections.
Yousef holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and Financial Management from the University of Missouri–Columbia. He is an active CFA Program participant and passed Level 1 in 2025.
Outside the office, Yousef enjoys hitting the gym, golfing, playing video games, and fishing with his dad.
