Client Service Manager

Shannon Nolder brings an enthusiastic, independent, and team-oriented approach to her work as a Client Service Manager for the Hadary Team at Moneta. She provides top-notch service with her expertise in Salesforce Service Desktop, Client Central, One Note, Microsoft Office and more.

Shannon handles a variety of client needs with urgency and a focus on customer satisfaction. Whether it’s servicing clients’ accounts, assisting with financial transactions, or safeguarding accounts from potential fraud, she leverages advanced tools and communication skills to ensure clients’ needs are met. .

Shannon joined Moneta in 2023 because of the firm’s unwavering commitment to client-centric financial planning and wealth management. The values and dedication of the Moneta team align with her own, making it the ideal place to continue her career in client service. .

Shannon previously worked as an Associate Brokerage Service Representative at Charles Schwab after nearly 20 years in several different roles at Outrigger Hotels & Resorts, where she honed her skills in building client relationships, contract management, team leadership, and quality assurance. These experiences were invaluable in preparing Shannon for her current role at Moneta. She has been recognized for her exceptional leadership and achievements throughout her career. .

Shannon studied Psychology and Nursing at the University of Northern Colorado and Metropolitan State College of Denver (MSU). Her educational background enriches her ability to understand and relate to clients on a personal level. .

Outside of work, Shannon values a balanced life. As a believer in continuous self-improvement, she spends her time away from the office engaged in activities that enrich her personal and professional growth. She enjoys exploring Colorado’s trails with her much-loved pupper, reading authors such as Andrea Gibson, volunteering at the Denver Dumb Friends League, furthering her career knowledge, and trying out new crafting projects – she is “lethal with a glue gun.”
