Ryan Siebel supports clients through attentive service and a strong foundation in financial operations. With extensive experience in client-facing roles, Ryan brings a relationship-first mindset and a genuine commitment to helping clients feel supported and understood.
Ryan joined the Johnson Team at Moneta as a Client Service Administrator in 2025, drawn to the firm’s holistic approach to financial planning and its unwavering focus on serving clients’ best interests.
He previously worked as a Relationship Banker at Bank of America, where he developed hands-on experience in client service, relationship building, and navigating banking regulations and compliance standards. That role reinforced the importance of teamwork and collaboration in delivering the best outcomes for clients—an approach Ryan continues to value in his work today. Earlier in his career, Ryan built a broad base of customer service experience across industries including food service, wholesale, and canvassing.
Ryan earned his Associate Degree from St. Louis Community College through the A+ Scholarship program and went on to receive his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Missouri State University. While at Missouri State, he was a founding member of the university’s Financial Planning Association, reflecting his early commitment to the financial planning profession.
Outside of work, Ryan enjoys cooking, going to the gym, and playing golf.
