Paco

Chief of Staff

Paco joined our team in March 2025 to handle the day-to-day management of team morale when Jetson passed the Chief of Staff torch, leaving some very big shoes to fill. He has been an invaluable asset, routinely contributing to the company’s success by listening attentively to his team members and creating win-win solutions to keep his whole pack on task. Prior to joining Moneta, Paco was honing his skills at the Denver Dumb Friends League, where he oversaw a pack of hound dogs from various backgrounds who were seeking a forever home. His experience there has truly shaped his compassionate and supportive nature.

Paco is an American Bully, love bug who is all smiles and firmly believes that everyone needs a little comfort when dealing with difficult circumstances. When he’s not in the office, Paco enjoys being a social butterfly at the Cherry Creek Off-Leash Dog Park, hiking in the mountains, paddleboarding, being the cheeky “hype” dog at daycare, and cuddling with his stuffies on lazy days.
