In her capacity as Director of Operations, Michelle spearheads strategic initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and elevate the client experience. Michelle’s promotion from Advisor to Director of Operations reflects her unwavering commitment to teamwork and continuous improvement.

She is a distinguished alumna of St. Ambrose University, graduating cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Finance. She holds esteemed certifications as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), underscoring her dedication to professional excellence.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Michelle remains deeply engaged in her community, serving as a board member of the Lake Saint Louis Community Association and actively contributing to the TREE House of Greater St. Louis as a board member and finance committee chair.

Outside of work, Michelle cherishes her role as a parent and embraces the joys of family life. While her children have embarked on their own journeys at university, she remains deeply involved in their successes and relishes every opportunity to celebrate their achievements. During her leisure time, Michelle enjoys immersing herself in various outdoor activities, including lake adventures, mountain biking, and pickleball.
