With a background spanning public accounting, risk management, fixed-income analytics, and trading, she brings a wealth of diverse expertise to her role as Director of Operations with Compardo, Wienstroer & Janes at Moneta. Michelle’s leadership is characterized by her dedication to nurturing a supportive atmosphere where her team can thrive, ensuring they are equipped to serve clients at the highest level.

In her capacity as Director of Operations, Michelle spearheads strategic initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and elevate the client experience. Through close collaboration with senior leadership and our partners, she develops forward-thinking strategies that propel the organization toward its goals. Michelle’s promotion from Advisor to Director of Operations reflects her unwavering commitment to teamwork and continuous improvement.

She is a distinguished alumna of St. Ambrose University, graduating cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Finance. She holds esteemed certifications as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), underscoring her dedication to professional excellence.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Michelle remains deeply engaged in her community, serving as a board member of the Lake Saint Louis Community Association and actively contributing to the TREE House of Greater St. Louis as a former board member and finance committee chair ad hoc.

Outside of work, Michelle cherishes her role as a parent and embraces the joys of family life. While her children have embarked on their own journeys at university, she remains deeply involved in their successes and relishes every opportunity to celebrate their achievements. During her leisure time, Michelle enjoys immersing herself in various outdoor activities, including lake adventures, mountain biking, and pickleball.
