As Director of Integrations of the Lane Hipple Team, Michael Stringer ensures that every aspect of the firm’s operations supports a seamless and client-focused experience. With a background in organization, technology, business analysis, and accounting, Michael brings a meticulous and strategic mindset to his role—enabling advisors and staff to focus fully on serving clients and helping them pursue their financial goals.
Michael’s leadership is rooted in operational integrity and continuous improvement. He designs and maintains systems that enhance efficiency, reliability, and support across the team, fostering a culture where exceptional service is the standard. His work behind the scenes empowers the Lane Hipple Team to deliver personalized, high-quality financial guidance with confidence and care.
Michael joined Lane Hipple in 2022, drawn by the firm’s commitment to core values, family-first culture, and high-caliber financial advice. With a growing family of his own, he appreciated the opportunity to balance professional excellence with personal presence. He also saw the potential to contribute meaningfully to the firm’s strategic growth by managing back-office functions and supporting its expanding client base.
Before joining Lane Hipple, Michael served as Chief Operating Officer and Marketing Director at Crash Proof Retirement, LLC and Retirement Media, Inc., where he helped scale operations for over 5,000 clients. His career began in radio production at CBS Radio in Philadelphia, and his diverse experience—from video editing to insurance processing—has shaped his adaptable and detail-oriented approach to leadership.
Michael earned his degree in Communication with a minor in Marketing from La Salle University in 2008. He lives in Medford, NJ, with his wife and their three children. Outside of work, he enjoys coaching youth soccer, attending concerts, following NFL football, and vacationing in the Northeast—especially hiking in the Adirondacks and relaxing on the beaches of Buzzards Bay, MA.
