Michael Peek

Advisor

CFP®

Mike truly enjoys developing strong relationships with his clients through transparent and quick communication. He provides detailed projections for complex financial and tax issues and explains them to clients in an easy-to-understand way. Having a hand on the shoulder of clients as they take important – and sometimes scary – steps in life gives Mike the fulfillment and motivation fueling his hard work ethic. Learning from the best at such a young age, Mike plans to continue building relationships that will last decades.

Mike spent his last year of college working full-time in Moneta’s Reporting Systems department before joining the McGinnis Brown Taylor Team after graduation from the University of Missouri–St. Louis in 2015. To deepen his knowledge of the industry, Mike obtained the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® designation in 2017. As Mike continued to flourish in knowledge and client relationships, he was promoted to Advisor in 2019.

Mike, his wife Kim, and daughter Austen currently reside in Fenton. Mike enjoys playing volleyball and golf, watching football and hockey, hanging out with friends, and spending a lot of summer weekends at the lake. Above these interests lies his obsession for the outdoors – especially fishing and hunting.
