Family Office Legal Specialist

Michael Hojnacki serves as our Family Office Legal Specialist, dedicated to streamlining operational compliance processes for optimal efficiency. His journey at Moneta began as a Compliance Specialist within the Enterprise Service Team (EST), where he meticulously ensured regulatory adherence while contributing to operational enhancements.

He has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Southeast Missouri State University, where he played Division 1 baseball which instilled essential teamwork and leadership qualities. Throughout his college career, he also consistently earned a place on the Dean’s List, underscoring his commitment to excellence and passion for continuous learning.

In his role, Michael enjoys the daily diversity of challenges and the opportunity to devise innovative solutions for clients and his team. Driven by a profound dedication to operational excellence, Michael strives to deliver exceptional service to Moneta and their valued clients.

Outside of work, Michael enjoys playing golf, avidly follows sports (with a particular devotion to the Colts, Cardinals, and The Blues), explores local breweries, and takes any chance he can to travel. Impressively, he has already set foot in over 20 MLB stadiums to date!
