Melissa Rush

Senior Client Service Manager

Melissa Rush plays a pivotal role in delivering a seamless and supportive experience for Moneta clients. She directs client services for the Lane Hipple Team, guiding clients through every stage of the onboarding process, ensuring clear communication and a smooth transition. Melissa also works closely with Advisors to implement strategic plans, proactively addressing challenges and anticipating client needs with care and precision.

Melissa joined the Lane Hipple Team as a Client Service Manager, drawn to the firm’s strong ethical values, collaborative culture, and unwavering commitment to putting clients first. Her passion for service is matched by her appreciation for working alongside a team of professionals who share her dedication and inspire her daily.

Prior to her career in financial services, Melissa spent six years teaching gifted and talented fourth and fifth grade students. This experience sharpened her ability to communicate complex ideas clearly, recognize individual strengths, and foster trust—skills she now brings to her client relationships. Her background in education also strengthened her organizational abilities and attention to detail, which she uses to help clients feel confident and understood throughout their financial journey.

Melissa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education and Communications from Seton Hall University. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, traveling—especially to the beach—trying new restaurants, and cheering on the Phillies and Eagles. She is also a regular blood donor for the American Red Cross and actively involved with Impact 100 South Jersey, a local charitable organization.
