As a Client Service Manager on the Borglum Team at Moneta, Matt Geringer brings a thoughtful, solutions-oriented approach to client service. Drawing on more than a decade of experience in education, Matt is skilled at building meaningful relationships and navigating complex questions with clarity and care. He is passionate about learning, process improvement, and helping clients find the best outcomes for their unique needs.

Matt joined Moneta in 2025, excited to apply his strengths in communication and problem-solving in a new setting. His background as a middle school teacher for 13 years gave him a deep appreciation for patience, adaptability, and the importance of clear, consistent support—qualities that now shape his work with clients and colleagues alike.

Matt earned his Bachelor of Arts in Middle School Education from Webster University and his Master of Education in Educational Leadership from Maryville University.

Outside of work, Matt enjoys life with his wife and their two children. He’s an avid runner, a former professional soccer referee, and a devoted fan of Formula 1. When he’s not playing with his kids or gaming, you’ll likely find him on the hunt for the next great pizza spot.
