Family Office Concierge Services

CPA

Maddie joined Moneta with five years of experience in the finance world and now serves as part of the Family Office Concierge Services team, where she focuses on bill pay and lifestyle management for Family Office clients. Maddie enjoys collaborating with team members of diverse expertise to develop tailored solutions that help clients achieve their financial goals.

Maddie earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Accountancy from the University of Missouri-Columbia and a graduate certification in Taxation. She also holds her CPA designation. During her graduate studies, she interned with two of the Big 4 accounting firms, ultimately accepting a full-time offer with PwC, where she specialized in national and international tax services. After nearly three years in public accounting, Maddie joined a private multi-family office, where she served ultra-affluent families, tackling the complexity of their diverse financial needs. Before transitioning to the Family Office Concierge Services, Maddie served as a Client Service Manager at Moneta where she applied her knowledge of tax and financial planning to provide a comprehensive approach to wealth management.

Outside of work, Maddie enjoys spending time with her husband their daughter, and their dog. They love exploring Saint Louis through walks and bike rides in Forest Park, trying out new restaurants, and hosting game nights with family and friends. Maddie is also deeply committed to advocating for and fundraising for Melissa’s Hope Orphanage in Haiti, where she has visited nearly every summer since the age of 13. It was there that she first met her adopted younger sister.
