Lilly Rudolph

Client Service Manager

Lilly Rudolph joined the CWJ Team in August of 2026. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Finance from Southern Illinois University Carbondale just a few months before in May 2026, graduating Magna Cum Laude. During her time at SIU, she served as Vice President of Finance and later President of her sorority, Delta Zeta, and was an active member of the Saluki Student Investment Fund and the American Marketing Association. Her work in finance was recognized by NISA, which named her the top junior in the university’s finance program.

Prior to joining the team, Lilly worked as a Student Representative in the Registrar’s Office at the SIU Student Services Center, where she assisted students and alumni with transcripts, diplomas, and academic records — experience that helped her build strong communication and client service skills.

Lilly first connected with the CWJ Team when they visited SIU for a panel discussion. She was drawn to the team’s grounded yet forward-thinking perspective on the evolving financial industry, including their thoughtful approach to questions surrounding AI, and came away with a new appreciation for holistic, meaningful financial planning. That conversation convinced her this was a team she could learn from, grow with, and be proud to join.

Lilly points to her experience with the Saluki Student Investment Fund as some of her most valuable career preparation. Researching companies, analyzing investments, and helping make decisions involving real funds gave her the confidence to navigate real-world financial situations, while also teaching her how to communicate her research, defend her perspective, and stay open to other viewpoints.

In the financial industry, Lilly enjoys the complexity and constant evolution most. She looks forward to opportunities to help clients work toward financial goals that may otherwise feel overwhelming.

Lilly recently moved to St. Louis and lives in The Grove. She’s looking forward to getting involved in the community, particularly organizations that support local youth. In her free time, she enjoys staying active through pilates, yoga, dance, and walks through Forest Park. She also enjoys creating and editing video content for herself, various brands, and friends, as well as spending quality time discovering new activities with loved ones.
