Lexi Kossmann

Client Service Manager

Lexi joined the CWJ Team as a Client Service Manager in January 2026 after earning her Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Kansas.

During her time at Kansas, Lexi was deeply involved on campus. She participated in the University Honors Program, the Business Leadership Program, and the Jack Dicus Business Honors Program. She also held three Vice President roles within Delta Sigma Pi, a professional business fraternity. In December 2025, she was selected as the Undergraduate Student Speaker for her graduation ceremony and was named a finalist for the Jennifer Alderdice Homecoming Award.

Throughout college, Lexi gained valuable hands-on experience in a variety of roles. As an Events Student Assistant at the University of Kansas, she helped coordinate large scale events and supported scheduling and space coordination within the business school. In the summer of 2024, she completed a rotational internship with Parkside Financial Bank & Trust in Clayton, where she worked alongside mentors and gained exposure to financial analysis, client meeting preparation, and team collaboration. The following summer, she interned with the CWJ Team here at Moneta, supporting financial planning initiatives and assisting in portfolio development.

Lexi chose to continue her career with our team after experiencing the firm’s collaborative and supportive culture firsthand during her internship. She appreciated the team’s commitment to one another and to their clients. She especially values being part of a team of strong, driven women whose leadership she admires.

What Lexi enjoys most about working in the financial industry is building meaningful relationships with clients and seeing the positive impact thoughtful planning can have on families’ long-term goals.

Originally from Chesterfield, Lexi now lives in University City. Outside of work, she enjoys baking, listening to vinyl records, working out, spending time with her family, and cheering on the Jayhawks. She also volunteers with KEEN (Kids Enjoying Exercise Now).
