Leslie Hubbs

Director of Office Services

As Office Services and Facilities Manager, Leslie Hubbs oversees all of the “behind-the-scenes” operations at Moneta Group. She supervises office services to achieve maximum expense control, efficiency, and service in areas including reception, mail, facilities, and corporate insurance.

Prior to joining Moneta, Leslie attended Florissant Valley Community College and began her career as Operations Manager at Gray Design. After almost eight years there, she spent two years as Project Manager and Facility Management Services Group and then four years as Interiors Project Manager at NewSpace Business Interiors.

With 14 years management experience, Leslie joined Moneta in 2011.

At Moneta, Leslie works to go above and beyond to ensure that Moneta operations are running smoothly and clients always have a great experience. She strives to anticipate and take care of potential problems, incorporate employee feedback, make certain that everything is organized so that the Principals and their teams can focus solely on the needs of their clients.

Outside of Moneta, Leslie enjoys spending time with her husband, Mark, and three grown step-children, running, gardening, motorcycle riding, and cheering on the Mizzou Tigers.
