Kylee Halverson joined the CWJ Team in 2026 to support the team’s daily operations and help ensure clients receive seamless and thoughtful experience. She is passionate about being part of a team that prioritizes excellence and client care, and enjoys contributing to the behind-the-scenes work that helps clients feel confident and supported.
Kylee earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a Certificate in Multicultural Studies from the University of Missouri in 2023. While in college, she was an active leader in several organizations, including the National Society of Leadership and Success, the Panhellenic Association Service Board, and Alpha Phi International Fraternity, where she was recognized with the Rising Greek Leader Award.
Prior to joining the firm, Kylee served as a Leadership Programming Specialist with Alpha Phi International Fraternity, where she worked in higher education supporting collegiate chapters through leadership training, risk management education, financial planning guidance, and event coordination. She later joined Lift for Life Gym, a St. Louis nonprofit, where she served as Campaign Coordinator and later Special Events and Donor Relations Manager. In that role, she led fundraising and donor engagement initiatives, coordinated major events, managed marketing and social media efforts, and worked closely with the organization’s board of directors. One of her most meaningful accomplishments was helping raise more than $250,000 for the organization, creating lasting impact for the community it serves.
Kylee chose to join our team because of its strong culture, collaborative environment, and commitment to putting clients first. Originally from Missouri, Kylee lives in the Central West End and is active in the community through organizations including the Saint Louis Crisis Nursery, SAFE Project, League of Coaches, and Alpha Phi International Fraternity. In her free time, she enjoys Pilates, walking, and reading and is also recently engaged!
