Kyle Gray

Advisor

CFP®, CFA

Kyle Gray strongly believes that wealth management and financial planning work best when we balance the “math answer” and the “human answer.”

Kyle is a firm believer that academic and technically sound recommendations serve as a great starting point. However, when we are at our best, we also truly know our clients on a deep level and can help shape a strategy that also “feels right” for our clients. Kyle takes great pride in the trust clients give him to manage their wealth and strives to help all his clients find this intersection of their feelings and their finances.

Kyle joined Moneta after working more than a decade in portfolio management, investment research, and as an advisor at some of the largest financial institutions in the world. He has always resisted the sales culture and limited scope of planning that is often indicative of these largest firms. Joining Moneta was a no-brainer as the firm has all the resources and expertise of a large shop but also gave advisors the flexibility to work with clients in their own unique way. Kyle now serves a smaller, exclusive group of affluent families by acting as a one-stop-shop to help navigate life’s complexity and manage their family’s wealth.

Kyle earned his professional designation as Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) in 2016 and became a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® (CFP®) in 2020. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Business from Drew University.

Outside of work, Kyle enjoys spending time with family. He has a daughter and a son. On the rare chance that the endless list of kids sports and activities gives way to free time, you can find Kyle on the golf course or keeping active on a run. Kyle is an active volunteer through his church, school alumni support, and as a Medicare counselor for the state of Massachusetts.
