As a Client Service Manager on the Berry Machnowski Team at Moneta, Jocelyn Coleman serves as the primary point of contact for clients’ needs. She brings a warm, attentive approach to every interaction, ensuring that clients feel supported and confident in their financial journey.
Jocelyn joined Moneta in pursuit of growth and new challenges. After learning more about the firm’s culture and values, she was inspired by the energy and momentum of the Berry Machnowski Team. Their collaborative spirit and rapid growth made it the perfect fit for her next chapter.
Jocelyn’s career spans over 15 years of client-focused roles. She began in corporate retail management, where she developed her leadership and customer service skills while mentoring team members into leadership roles of their own. She later managed two optometry offices, building strong relationships with patients and helping the practice thrive. Most recently, Jocelyn worked as a Client Relationship Manager in finance, where she supported families from their first introduction through long-term partnerships—an experience that deepened her passion for client service in the financial space.
Jocelyn earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology with a concentration in Women’s Studies from Worcester State University.
Outside of work, Jocelyn is a proud wife and mom of three. Her family loves making memories together through travel and shared adventures. They’re also avid fans of the Boston Celtics and New England Patriots, always ready to cheer on their teams.
