Jana Gregorek

Vice President of Talent Acquisition

CLU®, ChFC®, MBA

Jana Gregorek is the Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Moneta. In her role, she partners with Moneta’s leadership team to develop and drive the recruiting strategy to support the firm’s nationwide growth. Jana works diligently to grow Moneta’s brand in professional networks and key universities. Along with her team, Jana is responsible for hiring top talent in all positions across the firm.

Jana began her career in the Rotational Development Program at Edward Jones. She then spent 12 years as a leader and limited partner, becoming change management certified and helping spearhead the company’s evolution to solutions-based advice.

Jana then joined Visionary Wealth Advisors, where she was the Chief Growth Officer and key member of the firm’s executive team. In this role, she oversaw the company’s internal and external growth including the HR, marketing, recruiting and operations functions of the firm.

Jana holds her Series 7 and 66 licenses, Life and Health Insurance license, Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU®) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®) designations. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Communications and Business Minor from the University of Illinois, Urbana- Champaign and her Masters in Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis.

Jana’s passion is mentoring and leading others and is an advocate for women in business and finance. She is a regular guest presenter in the Southern Illinois University Edwardsville Business School, mentor to female students in finance at Washington University in St. Louis and a regular presenter on industry podcasts and events.

Jana lives in O’Fallon IL with her husband Brian, and her two children, Caroline and Douglas. She’s an avid reader, enjoys traveling, dining out, staying involved in the community and her kids’ school.
