As a Partner at Moneta, Jake Winegrad’s responsibilities fall under many diverse areas of financial planning for individuals, families and institutions.

With 20 years of professional experience, Jake takes a hands-on approach in leading his team through all aspects of client relationship management for institutions and families. In addition to the pride in seeing clients achieve their goals, the uniqueness of each client is something Jake enjoys most about being a partner at Moneta.

“Having people trust you to make decisions about their money or their organization’s money is an immense responsibility and one that I don’t take lightly,” Jake said. “Earning the trust of clients and helping them achieve their goals is truly gratifying.”

In every area of his work, Jake strives to simplify the details to help clients better understand their situations, allowing them to make informed decisions about their futures. Because of this skill, Jake is a sought-after resource in the community and has been quoted in multiple financial publications.

Jake earned his B.S. in Applied Math from Towson University and his MBA from Washington University in St. Louis. He joined Moneta in 2010.

In his spare time, Jake is an active member of the St. Louis civic and business communities. He and his wife have two young children. He enjoys playing golf, fishing, and coaching his sons’ baseball teams.
