Jack Goodrich

Client Service Manager

As a Client Service Manager on the Berry Machnowski Team at Moneta, Jack Goodrich plays a vital role in ensuring that every client interaction is seamless, well-documented, and thoughtfully managed. He works closely with both clients and advisors to support financial transactions and communications, always with a focus on building trust and adapting to clients’ evolving needs.

Jack’s journey to Moneta began with a spark of curiosity. After taking a year off from college, he was introduced to the firm by Michael Machnowski, whose mentorship and insight into the team’s work inspired Jack to pursue a degree in finance with a concentration in financial planning. That experience, combined with the kindness and professionalism of the people he met at Moneta, solidified his ambition to join the team.

Before entering the financial services industry, Jack held a variety of roles—from oyster farming to landscaping—that taught him the value of hard work, resilience, and perseverance. These experiences shaped his strong work ethic and prepared him to meet the demands of his current role with dedication and care.

Jack earned his undergraduate degree from Bentley University, where he majored in Finance with a concentration in Financial Planning and minored in both History and Business Administration.

Outside of work, Jack enjoys reading, spending time with family, and fishing with his brother.
