Hailey Schue

Client Service Manager

Hailey Schue loves people. She has a passion for connecting with clients on both personal and professional levels as a Client Service Manager with the Rapplean Team at Moneta.

Hailey’s journey with Moneta began after she moved from Denver back to her hometown of St. Louis, where she grew up in Wildwood and graduated from Lafayette High School. Drawn to Moneta’s genuine care for its clients, employees, and community, she knew it was the perfect place for her to make a positive impact on people’s lives once she met the team. Hailey developed an interest in wealth management because her dad – who owns a small business in Ellisville, MO – has always been her hero and she was inspired by how he managed his business both professionally and financially.

Hailey’s professional background includes roles as a Case Manager at Rocky Mountain Human Service and as a Kindergarten Teacher at Tollgate Elementary in Denver. She earned her degree in Elementary Education from Arkansas State University, where she was on the Dean’s list and a member of the women’s soccer team. Hailey also holds an Elementary Teaching License.

Hailey is passionate and excited about her career change, but she does still miss providing a stable, safe, and fun environment for her young students—especially for those who didn’t have that at home. She is now working to become a volunteer for Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) so she can continue improving the lives of children even after transitioning out of the classroom.

Away from work, Hailey enjoys baking, spending time with family and friends, exercising, and walking her dog. She loves traveling and exploring new places, having visited cities like Sydney, Dublin, Seoul, London, Paris, Dusseldorf, Madrid, and Rome.
