Evan King

Associate Advisor

An Evergreen, Colorado native, Evan graduated from business school at The University of Minnesota, prior to taking a role with the Minnesota Vikings. Evan’s entry to the financial services sector came when he made the leap from the NFL to work with Charles Schwab in an advisory role. His familiarity with Schwab –  one of our custodial partners – benefits our clients, as does the experience he gained there.

Says Evan of his choice to join the Hiett Walsh team at Moneta: “I’d long since figured out that I love helping people manage their finances as a way to support them in living the lives they want for themselves and their loved ones. When the opportunity arose to join Amy, Mike, and their team at Moneta, and return to Colorado, I jumped. The chance to continue my career within their client-first culture was a perfect fit for me.”

Despite his time working in the NFL, Evan is actually a diehard hockey fan, and can be found pursuing a number of outdoor activities with his wife, when he is not behind the desk.
