Esther Boenker supports the operational and service needs of the Finerty Retirement Team at Moneta. In her role, Esther assists advisors and team members with a wide range of projects, helping coordinate presentations, videos, and online education for 401(k) plan participants. She also supports Client Service Managers and Advisors by preparing materials for client review meetings, ensuring advisors are well equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.
In addition to her day-to-day responsibilities, Esther is focused on enhancing the overall client experience by streamlining processes, improving workflow efficiencies, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. Her attention to detail and collaborative approach help keep operations running smoothly while supporting the team’s commitment to client-first service.
Esther joined Moneta in 2026, drawn to the firm’s dedication to client care and meaningful work within the financial industry. She was motivated by the opportunity to contribute to an organization that prioritizes financial wellness education and makes a positive impact on the lives of individuals and plan participants.
Prior to joining Moneta, Esther gained valuable experience as a Bank Teller at Silex Banking Company, where she developed a strong foundation in client confidentiality, attention to detail, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. She also served as a System Administration Finance Intern at Cox Health, where she built administrative and technical skills while supporting financial data management and system workflows in a collaborative, cross-functional setting.
Esther earned her Bachelor of Science in Corporate Finance and Investments from Missouri State University and later completed her Master of Business Administration with a Certificate in Management.
Outside of the office, Esther enjoys staying active both physically and mentally through working out and reading. She also loves spending time outdoors, playing golf and pickleball, taking long walks, and making time for family and friends.
