Darla Frein leverages her strengths in anticipating needs, delivering exceptional service, proactive communication, and organizational skills to effectively multi-task and foster positive relationships within her team. Her genuine passion for helping others shines through in every aspect of her work, whether she is coordinating projects or offering support as an Administrative Assistant at Moneta. 

Darla joined Moneta in 2024, inspired by the company’s innovative, forward-thinking approach and its passionate dedication to building strong relationships with both clients and employees. She brings a diverse background to her role, with experience in sales, account management, and customer support. She also spent 15 years as a proud full-time mom to two daughters before re-entering the workforce.  

Darla earned her Communications degree with a Minor in Spanish from the University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse. 

Outside of work, Darla enjoys traveling, cooking, golfing, gardening, entertaining, and any outdoor activity. She loves spending time with her family and strives to live life to the fullest, always seeking opportunities to support people in reaching their true potential.
