As an Advisor on the Halls Dorn Aiazzi Team at Moneta, Brian Hires is motivated by the mission of helping his clients achieve their unique objectives. Brian joined Moneta in 2021, following a 16-year career with Edward Jones. While at Edward Jones, he served several years at the company headquarters as a Corporate Trainer equipping new financial advisors with the skills they need to develop an Edward Jones practice. He then served as a financial advisor himself, building a practice in St. Peters, MO. Brian was drawn to Moneta because of its outstanding reputation within the financial planning industry as well as its fiduciary commitment to clients in all circumstances.
With Brian’s father being a funeral director and his mother being a financial advisor, Brian grew up seeing firsthand the benefits of good financial planning and the consequences of poor planning. It is part of what drives Brian to deliver exceptional advice and value to his clients.
Brian graduated from Western Illinois University in 2001, where he earned his B.A. in Communications. He obtained the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® designation in 2016. Brian considers himself a lifetime learner and is constantly refining his education and skills to ultimately help clients succeed.
Outside of Moneta, Brian enjoys spending time with his wife and his two young children, who keep the family busy by playing whatever sport happens to be in season. In his free time, you can catch him on the golf course.
