Anthony Palazzolo

Director of Strategic Planning and Performance Management

Anthony Palazzolo works with the client facing teams to assist with the creation and implementation of their strategic plans. He is also responsible for Performance Management for the firm with the objective of helping each team and individual create goals and close any gaps in obtaining those goals. Anthony works with individuals and teams as an Executive Leadership Coach to help team members to achieve their highest level of contribution and collaboration.

Anthony joined Moneta in 2011 as the Training and Development Manager and later served as Organizational Effectiveness Manager. He was promoted to Director of Strategic Planning and Performance Management in 2021.

Anthony earned his bachelor’s degree from Missouri State University and attained the Certified Professional in Talent and Development™ designation in 2015 and the Executive Coaching Certified Professional™ designation in 2021.

Outside of work, you can regularly find Anthony volunteering, traveling, road biking and enjoying time with friends and family.
