Anniece Robinson

Operations Manager

While most 15-year-olds were immersed in the joys of hanging out with friends and navigating high school, Anniece Robinson embarked on a unique journey. Since 1995, at the age of 15, she has been a dedicated member of Moneta Group, LLC. Starting as a file clerk in the era of paper records, Anniece’s dedication and hard work led her to progress from an Assistant to her current role as Operations Manager, a promotion she earned in 2009.

In her capacity as Operations Manager for the BCHP (Bailey Carpenter Hehmeyer Pietroburgo) Team, Anniece plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations. Her responsibilities include keeping Client Service Managers, Advisors, and Partners informed of all operational aspects. From managing regular workflows to overseeing special projects, Anniece ensures the team operates at peak efficiency. Her leadership extends to developing and team procedures, fostering consistency through comprehensive training, and injecting an element of enjoyment into the workplace.

Residing in St. Charles, MO, with her two beloved fur companions, Anniece has embraced a unique tradition. Since turning 30, she annually embarks on birthday trips to different locations, sharing these experiences with diverse groups of people. Her life philosophy centers around accumulating experiences rather than possessions, epitomized by her mantra: “Fill your life with experiences, not things. Have stories to tell, not stuff to show.”

Beyond her love for travel, Anniece finds joy in cultural pursuits such as the symphony, dancing, and quality time with friends and family. Her commitment to philanthropy is evident in her roles as a regular volunteer for Prosperity Connection, a Sparkler for Girls on

The Run, a dedicated board member for NAMI St. Louis and Moneta Charitable Foundation.
