Anniece Robinson has built an impressive career through dedication, adaptability, and a deep commitment to service. She joined Moneta Group in 1995 at age 15 as a file clerk during the paper-record era. Over the years, she advanced through multiple roles by consistently delivering results, embracing new challenges, and developing deep operational expertise. In 2009, she was promoted to Operations Manager.
Today, Anniece serves as Operations Manager for the BCHP (Bailey Carpenter Hehmeyer Pietroburgo) Team, where she leads the operational backbone of a high-performing wealth management practice serving affluent clients and families. She is responsible for driving efficiency, improving processes, supporting advisors and client service teams, and ensuring a seamless client experience. Anniece is known for bringing structure to complex workflows, building scalable procedures, mentoring team members, and creating an environment centered on accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
With decades of institutional knowledge and a forward-looking mindset, Anniece has played a key role in navigating operational change, implementing new systems, and strengthening team infrastructure. She is especially passionate about leadership development, training, and creating processes that allow teams to perform at their best while maintaining a white-glove standard of service.
Outside of work, Anniece lives in St. Charles and is an avid traveler who values experiences, culture, and connection. She has visited 21 countries to date and is always seeking her next adventure. She enjoys live music, dancing, great food, and time with friends and family.
Anniece is also deeply committed to community impact. She serves as a board member of NAMI St. Louis, is a member of the External Committee for Prosperity Connection, and serves as a Trustee of the Moneta Charitable Foundation. Her volunteer work reflects a longstanding passion for mental health awareness, family support, and creating opportunities for others.
