Amy Hiett became a Managing Partner of the Hiett Walsh team in 2009 after building a successful financial services practice at Smith Barney. Prior to joining the financial services industry, she worked for more than a decade in various roles within the technology industry, including jobs with AT&T and Sun Microsystems. She also served as the General Manager for a Denver-based software company.


Amy received her MBA in International Finance from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in 2000. She has undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Business Administration from Kansas State University.


Amy is active in the non-profit community and recently served as President for the Board of Directors for the YWCA of Boulder County. When not serving her valued clients, Amy enjoys traveling the world, biking, hiking, and volunteering.
