Adyson Mattingly supports both advisors and clients by helping keep day-to-day operations running smoothly and efficiently as an Administrative Assistant for Moneta’s Bailey, Carpenter, Hehmeyer, Pietroburgo (BCHP) team. 

In her role, Adyson assists with administrative processes, coordinates meetings and calendars, and helps ensure clear communication across the team. With a strong focus on organization and attention to detail, she plays an important role in creating a seamless experience that allows advisors to remain focused on delivering thoughtful, high-quality service to clients. 

Adyson joined Moneta to be part of a collaborative, team-oriented environment that prioritizes long-term client relationships. She was drawn to the firm’s strong reputation, culture of collaboration, and commitment to delivering exceptional client service. 

Adyson earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing Management from Southeast Missouri State University (SEMO). Her professional background includes experience in administrative support, marketing, and operations. 

While in college, Adyson worked in SEMO’s marketing department, where she focused on design and planning while also serving as an administrative assistant for another department. She continued developing these skills after graduation, strengthening her abilities in organization, communication, project coordination, and creative problem-solving—skills she now applies in support of her team and their clients. 

Outside of work, Adyson enjoys spending time outdoors, keeping up with fashion trends, shopping, and being creative. She also values spending quality time with her family and friends.
