Logan Finerty is a Partner at Moneta, serving sophisticated families and nonprofit institutions nationwide. As the firm’s largest shareholder and a member of the Board of Directors, Logan also plays a key role in shaping Moneta’s long-term direction. He brings a strong institutional investment background, beginning on the fixed-income trading desk at Wells Fargo Advisors and later as an Associate Equity Analyst at Thompson, Siegel & Walmsley. His approach combines deep technical expertise with a strong commitment to personal service, delivering guidance that’s thoughtfully tailored to each client’s unique vision and long-term priorities. 

A proud St. Louisan, Logan is deeply involved in his community. He currently serves on the boards of the St. Louis Zoo Association and City Academy. He has previously served on the boards of the St. Louis Art Museum and the Boys and Girls Club of Greater St. Louis, among others. In 2016, he was honored by the St. Louis Business Journal as one of its “30 Under 30” leaders [1].  

Logan holds a B.S. in Business with a concentration in Finance from the University of Richmond. He is both a Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA®) Charterholder and a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® (CFP®) professional.
