Three Moneta Advisors Advanced to Partner

ST. LOUIS, MO (January 11, 2018)—Moneta Group, a St. Louis-based wealth management firm and registered investment advisor, announced the promotions of Mark Conrad, Jordan Janes, and Jake Winegrad. All three transitioned from Senior Advisor to Partner on January 1, 2018.

Over the past several years, Moneta Group has undergone fantastic growth and change; since 2007 its number of clients has increased by 80 percent, employee ranks have nearly tripled, and the firm has more than doubled in Assets under Advisement (AUA). This growth has led the firm to develop a Sustainable Business Model that will allow it to continue to grow through the development and training of new Partners.

This is exemplified in the promotion of Conrad, Janes and Winegrad. Conrad joined the firm as an Advisor on the Compardo team in 2012. Janes joined in 2014, also as an Advisor for the Compardo team. Winegrad, a member of the O’Meara Ring team, joined Moneta in 2010 and works primarily on the retirement plan side of the business. All three progressed to Senior Advisor in 2016 and completed Moneta’s Partner in Training program in 2017.

“Becoming Partner is a major achievement at Moneta. Our Partner-in-Training Program is comprehensive and rigorous,” says Eric Kittner, CPA, CFP®, Managing Partner. “Success in this program means that Mark, Jordan and Jake have proven their qualifications and competencies in technical knowledge, consultative skills, team leadership and business development.

“Our new Partners exemplify our commitment to our clients.  They are our next generation of leaders and by investing in them, we are investing in our sustainable business model, which is designed to provide our clients the service they deserve well into the future.”

With the addition of Conrad, Janes and Winegrad, Moneta now has 37 equity partners leading 20 teams. In 2017, the firm was ranked as the 9th largest Registered Investment Advisor in the country by FA Magazine.
