Karleigh Floarke is the Operations Manager for the team. She identifies opportunities to improve efficiencies so the team can continue to deliver exceptional service. Karleigh is an important leader and uses her positive attitude to mentor new team members and help them grow in their role.

Karleigh’s journey at Moneta started in Summer 2015 when she participated in the “Raving Fan” Internship program. She joined the team as a Client Service Manager upon graduation from Murray State University (Go Racers!) where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics.

Outside of the office, Karleigh enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter. Her favorite activities include hiking, listening to live music and traveling to new places.
