As a client service manager for the Halls Dorn team, Dearicka Smith loves assisting clients with all their financial needs, alleviating any stresses and making a positive impact on their lives. She enjoys the process of getting to know clients and building long-lasting relationships with them, making sure all tasks are executed and completed with the highest level of customer service. Dearicka joined Moneta in 2019 because she loved the firm’s dedication to “raving fan” service and the fiduciary duty we guarantee to our clients.

Dearicka graduated from Missouri State University with a Communication Studies/Marketing Degree in 2017. She previously worked in sales for the fashion industry before starting her career in finance with Stifel as a client service associate. It was there that she learned much of her industry knowledge that she now applies to her current role on the Halls Dorn Team.

Outside of work, Dearicka is an avid lover of holistic health, yoga, meditation and finding new ways to find balance in her life. She also loves fashion, spending time in nature and traveling.
