While I am confident this is no surprise to our clients and constituents, I cannot help but share some exciting pieces of recognition Moneta has recently received.
On February 1, Moneta was listed in Small Business Monthly Magazine for being Best in Customer Service among St. Louis companies—an award that is nominated directly by you, our clients.
We were also recently recognized for our every-day efforts to do what’s best for those we serve through the FIVE STAR? Wealth Manager award. St. Louis Magazine, in conjunction with Crescendo Business Services (a third-party research group)conducted extensive research to identify professionals who are exceptional both in their expertise and their commitment to overall client satisfaction.
I am honored to announce that 35 Moneta Group principals and professional consultants were named FIVE STAR Wealth Managers for 2014.
Similar to the SmallBusiness Monthly award, FIVE STAR is awarded based on outside nominations. Financial advisors across St. Louis are nominated by their industry peers and selected based on ten different objective categories such as customer service, integrity, expertise, reputation, and overall satisfaction. Only a small percentage of nominated advisors were awarded the recognition, andI am pleased to see Moneta Group so extensively represented.
All in all, the work we do every day fulfills our promise to you as clients. Public recognition, like the FIVE STAR Wealth Managers award and Small Business Monthly award, are things we enjoy sharing with you. Not to boast, but to share in the joy that we receive from providing you with ‘Raving Fan’ service.
