Moneta Named to Financial Times Top 300 RIA List for 5th Year

ST. LOUIS—JUNE 28, 2018—St. Louis-based Moneta is pleased to announce it has been named to the 2018 edition of the Financial Times (FT) 300 Top Registered Investment Advisers. This is Moneta’s fifth consecutive year on the list.

This prestigious list recognizes an impressive cohort of elite RIA firms from across the U.S, with the average practice managing $1.7 billion in assets.  As of December 31, 2017, Moneta manages $18.5 billion in assets, making it one of the largest firms on the FT300 list.

Moneta was selected from over 2,000 eligible independent RIA firms for consideration, and graded on six factors.  These factors included assets under management (AUM), AUM growth rate, years in existence, advanced industry credentials of the firm’s advisers, online accessibility, and compliance records.

The FT 300 Top RIAs hail from 38 states and Washington, D.C.; six firms from Missouri made the list, with Moneta being the largest of them. Moneta’s size and scope is a major benefit to their clients as they are able to tap into the resources of a large firm; for example, clients of all sizes have access to investing opportunities normally only available to very large clients. They also all have the ability to tap into the depth and breadth of expertise on Moneta’s 20+ teams. Throughout the firm, Moneta boasts over 200 designations—from J.D., to CFP®, to AIF® and beyond.
