ST. LOUIS—June 27, 2016—Moneta Group Investment Advisors, LLC, has been honored as one of the Top Workplaces of 2016 by the St. Louis Post-Dispatch. This is the third consecutive year that Moneta Group has been listed on the Top Workplaces list. Moneta is one of the 125 companies selected in St. Louis.
Moneta was ranked on the list based on the results of an employee feedback survey gathered by a third-party research firm called WorkplaceDynamics, LLC. The firm specializes in organizational health and workplace improvement.
Thomas O’Meara, Moneta Group’s Managing Partner and Chairman of the Board, says the award is meaningful because it symbolizes the passion that employees have for their work and clients. “Our primary focus has always been delivering ‘Raving Fan’ service to our clients,” he says. “Knowing that our employees not only believe in the cause, but also enjoy their work is invigorating.”
