Moneta Group Named to 2017 Financial Times 300 Top Registered Investment Advisers for Fourth Consecutive Year

ST. LOUISJUNE 22, 2017—Clayton-based Moneta Group is pleased to announce it has been named to the 2017 edition of the Financial Times (FT) 300 Top Registered Investment Advisers for the fourth consecutive year.

This prestigious list recognizes an impressive cohort of elite RIA firms from across the U.S, with the average practice being in existence for 24 years, and managing $2.7 billion in assets.  Moneta Group has been in the financial services business since 1869, and as of December 31, 2016, advises on over $20 billion in assets.

Moneta Group was selected from over 2,000 independent RIA firms that applied for consideration, and graded on six factors.  These factors included assets under management (AUM), AUM growth rate, years in existence, advanced industry credentials of the firm’s advisers, online accessibility, and compliance records.  The FT 300 Top RIAs hail from 37 states and Washington, D.C.

Thomas O’Meara, Moneta Group’s managing partner and chairman of the board, called the recognition an affirmation of the firm’s achievement in the industry.

“Being included on this list emphasizes the fact that we’re one of the largest investment advisory firms in the country,” said O’Meara. “Our growth and size allows us to continue to put clients first, providing them with the resources of a big corporation but the boutique, high quality service that they expect and deserve.”

Moneta Group, whose partners own the firm and serve a select group of affluent clients, prides itself on its independence.  To learn more about Moneta Group, please visit www.monetastl.com
