Moneta is committed to empowering our communities through Moneta Charitable Foundation and our employee volunteer program, Moneta Momentum. We are uniquely situated to give back, especially by supporting financial literacy and economic development. Through our philanthropic giving and service work, we aim to create a more equitable, accessible financial future. We also encourage continued investment into the communities in which we live and work by offering employees 8 paid volunteer hours each year.

The program ensures each employees had access to clearly defined career path and in-person, virtual, and on demand learning settings.
