Moneta’s Internship Program

Moneta’s Internship program is a 9-week summer event where undergraduate students are immersed in the wealth management industry and the culture of a thriving Registered Investment Advisory Firm. Intern candidates follow a formal interview process including assessment testing and meetings with client teams to acquire a place within the program.

Each intern is hired onto a specific client advisory team where they learn the basic foundational knowledge of team operations and client services within the Financial Industry. Each week focuses on a specific theme and interns are provided with hands-on training and experiences to fully understand a day in the life of an employee at Moneta.

Additionally, the firm will provide weekly complimentary lunch and learn sessions where Moneta employees engage with the intern class to detail their specific roles and how they have achieved success during their career with Moneta.

This opportunity is a paid internship and includes invitations to the firm’s various social summer events where interns can network with employees of Moneta. Opportunities for full-time hire at Moneta are available for former interns upon their graduation. The application process begins in the Fall for our Summer internship opportunities.
