Tony Dorn Named Principal At Moneta Group

ST. LOUIS—March 8, 2013—Clayton-based Moneta Group, LLC (“Moneta”), a provider of long-term financial advisory services to successful families and businesses, has named Anthony Dorn a principal of the firm.

Dorn, a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, began his career at Moneta in 2002. During the first ten years of his tenure, he was a professional consultant, using his skills in financial planning and his commitment to developing long-term relationships with his clients to help build his team’s practice.

Dorn has a B.S. in Financial Planning from the University of Missouri-Columbia and an MBA from Maryville University. Prior to joining Moneta , he worked as an investment representative with Edward Jones. In addition to his work with Moneta , he spends his time acting as a financial counselor for United States military families in need as part of the Department of Defense’s initiative to provide financial education to our soldiers. He is also president of The Mizzou Tiger Club St. Louis, and serves on the board of Support Dogs, Inc., which provides skilled assistance dogs to individuals with disabilities.

Dorn brings the total of Moneta principals to 35. He says his ability to understand people, listen and develop meaningful relationships makes a difference to his clients. “Life isn’t perfect.
