Partner Jim Blair, echoed those sentiments. “Moneta Group has a very special culture that requires a unique skill set and specialized approach to support our highly successful teams,” he said. “Keith was like finding a needle in a haystack; not only does he have the right skills for the job, but also the EQ to know exactly how to approach our entrepreneurial group.”

As COO of the rapidly growing independent RIA, Keith has worked tirelessly to help grow and develop the firm and its 285 employees. Notably, he has helped to grow and develop Moneta’s infrastructural Enterprise Services Team by implementing new roles, centralizing and streamlining services, and building processes and models to plan for the future.

“His teams have transformed in monumental ways over the last two years, mine included,” said Amanda Barrale, Director of Business Systems. “His management style has empowered us all to excel in our specialties and seek a greater understanding of how every role fits into the overall strategic picture of the organization. That awareness and ownership is energizing and has built a stronger and better Moneta.”
