Moneta’s Chief Financial Officer, Michael Costabile, has more than 20 years of experience leading Finance, Accounting, Corporate Development and Human Resources functions within dynamic and fast-growing organizations. He has a proven ability to design and implement process improvements that drive profitability with an emphasis on financial transparency.
As Moneta’s Chief Financial Officer, Mike’s primary goal is to help scale the business and continuously improve operations in order to help Moneta grow. To do this, he works closely with the board and senior leadership team in their efforts to continually increase the company’s value, guide strategic direction, find growth opportunities and improve operations.
Mike was especially drawn to Moneta because of their dedication to vision, emphasis on growth, and their deep dedication to providing best-in-class service both for clients and colleagues.
Mike earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Penn State University and became a Certified Public Accountant in 1994.
Before joining the Moneta leadership team he was Chief Financial and Human Resources Officer of Intalere. Prior to his tenure at Intalere, he served as President of Administrative Resources, Inc., where he previously also served as CFO, Senior Director of Finance and Accounting, and Controller.
Outside of the office, Mike enjoys making art, playing tennis, traveling and spending time with his wife, two children and two dogs.
