Moneta Partner Jamie Mealey seeks to empower his clients to go confidently in the direction of their dreams and live the life they’ve imagined.
He enjoys working with senior executives, small business owners and other high net worth individuals (as well as those saving aggressively to get there), welcoming the challenge of sorting through the financial complexities such individuals encounter. Along with his team, Jamie helps clients spend less time managing their intricate financial affairs and more time pursuing their passions.
Jamie believes the patience and discipline he practices in pursuing his passion for endurance sports (marathon/ultramarathon/ironman triathlon) is directly analogous to the patience and discipline required to successfully implement a well-designed financial plan.
Prior to joining Moneta as an Advisor in 2005, Jamie spent time at both PricewaterhouseCoopers and Edward Jones Investments. He earned his B.S. in Accounting from Rockhurst University.
In addition to his work with clients, Jamie serves on several Moneta committees. He also serves on several local charitable committees and boards including the National MS Society Board of Trustees and his Church.
When he’s not in the office or Committee meeting, you will likely find Jamie outside with his family. They enjoy spending their time together running, hiking, cycling, swimming, gardening, shooting baskets, walking the dogs and playing tennis. He and his wife, Lynn, and their daughters, Jillian and Kate, live in Webster Groves.
