As Senior Investment Analyst at Moneta Group, Dan Brown works to effectively contribute to the due diligence on both current and prospective investment managers while also utilizing his experience and skills to provide broad investment support to Moneta teams and, ultimately, their clients.
Dan joined Moneta Group in 2014 with a broad range of investment experience. Prior to Moneta, Dan spent six years at Wells Fargo Advisors as a research analyst covering closed-end funds and exchange-traded funds. In addition to individual security recommendations, Dan was responsible for communicating clearly to advisors and clients through both written reports and presentations, skills which Dan continues to use today. Before Wells Fargo, he worked at UBS Wealth Management in New York as an associate in a rotation program gaining exposure to equity research and portfolio management.
Dan earned his B.A. in Economics from Vanderbilt University. He holds the CHARTERED FINANCIAL ANALYST® designation and the Series 66 license.
