Brooke Sieb joined Moneta in August 2012, originally serving as a Client Service Manager. After nearly four years in a client-facing role, Brooke became a Business Solutions Analyst for Moneta’s infrastructure team. In 2017, she was promoted to Manager of Business Intelligence and Reporting.
Prior to her work at Moneta, Brooke was an accountant at Enterprise Holdings. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Quincy University.
In her current role, Brooke leads a team focused on accurate data collection for internal reporting systems. One of her main goals is to assist the firm in creating operational efficiency within the systems and to provide tools that ensure client teams can use the systems to their full capabilities. In addition to ensuring that the data being provided to clients is accurate and easily accessible, Brooke and her team also provide training for client-facing team members.
Ultimately, Brooke enjoys using her technical knowledge and client-facing experience to collaborate with other Business Systems teams in order to help better Moneta, but the most rewarding part of her job is using that knowledge to help bridge the gap between systems and users. Her teams’ work truly enables advisors to focus their efforts on providing exceptional service to their clients.
Outside of Moneta, Brooke is passionate about spending as much time as possible with her husband, Adam, son, Nolan, and daughter, Ellie. She also loves traveling to new places and reading, whether for leisure or personal development. Brooke is also part of Moneta Momentum, the firm’s charitably focused volunteer arm.
